Pays d’Oc - Domaine Raissac - Syrah / Pinot Noir

A perfectly balanced wine with perfumes of cocoa and ripe red fruits. Parcels are vinified separately before assembly. Traditional winemaking with pumping over. Short maceration to extract tannins. This wine is a deep garnet red colour, and on the nose it is bursting with seductive red berries. The finish is rounded with a nice spicy finish.
