Thank you for shopping with Earle Wines. We take pride in being a wine supplier across the UK and the Channel Islands. We hope you will enjoy your our service and of course your purchase. We state:

Purchasing parties must be over the UK legal age for purchasing alcohol.

Ordering

All our wines are offered subject to availability. If a wine is out of stock, we will offer an alternative or a refund.

All prices are exclusive of VAT (for trading purposes). VAT will be added to the final invoice payment.

All prices are based on current rates of excise duties and taxes.

We reserve the right to change price and availability information without notice. We also reserve the right not to accept orders.

Refund policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If it fails, for any reason, to give satisfaction, Earle Wines Ltd will replace or provide a refund and arrange collection.

Cancellations and returns

The buyer has the right to cancel within seven days, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). Decided to cancel your order? Then please contact us by email or telephone to request a full purchase refund. you need to tell as soon as possible and before delivery is due.

Returns of opened bottles will not be accepted.

Delivery

To qualify for free delivery you must order at least £300 ex VAT worth of wine in England and Wales and over £500 for mainland Scotland. Highlands and Islands receive free delivery over £1,000 ex VAT. Delivery costs can be altered at any time by Earle Wines Ltd.

We try to deliver orders within 48 hours. However, some delivery locations and/or unforeseen circumstances may mean a delay. Please contact us by email or telephone providing your order number. We will then supply you with a delivery time estimate. Customers will be notified in the event of any delay beyond this.

Damaged goods

Any damaged goods must be notified to the driver and Earle Wines Ltd so you can receive a replacement for the damaged goods.

Once the delivery has been signed for customers cannot claim for missing or damaged goods.

Personal information

You warrant that the personal information you provide at check out is accurate, current and complete in all respects. You will notify us of any changes in the personal information by email or in writing.

We treat all personal information as confidential. It is saved on a secure server for a limited period of time. This complies fully with all applicable UK data and consumer protection legislation.

Earle Wines Ltd is a UK registered company. And any disputes or claims must be settled under UK law.
