Pays d’Oc - Domaine Raissac ‘Les Carabenas’

The Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot blend from Domaine Rassiac is deep red in colour and wonderfully powerful. Fermentation happens at 26°C with short maceration in order to extract supple tannins. Classic vinification method with gentle pumping over and délestage (rack and return) during three weeks of fermentation.

The wine is an intense and shiny garnet red colour indicates a fine and subtle nose of chocolate and red berries. The well-balanced mouth is generous and sensual with a spicy and fruity finish with hints of peppermint.
