Santenay Blanc ‘Les Terrasses De Bievaux’ - Domaine Justin Girardin

The wine is clear and brilliant, mineral and floral, fresh and vigorous. Its aromatic expression features notes of bracken and hazelnut. Unusually for this appellation, this young, enthusiastic grower produces a white wine deliciously tinged with the flavour of honey, apple and nutmeg.

This wine is fantastic with chicken, pâtés, seafood, and soft cheeses such as Camembert and Brie and should ideally be served at 12°C
