Once it starts to open further, complex hues of citrus and pear escape followed by a hint of fresh herbs and roasted hazelnuts.

On the palate, the is a frank and generous attack starting with crisp white-fleshed fruits (peach, quince, pear) opening with exotic pineapple nuances.
A greedy mid-palate, revealing optimal ripeness where the aromas of orange blossom mingled with a sweetness like creamed honey. The wine is full-bodied and offers a persistent finish, with a melted and perfectly controlled accord of citrus peel and spices (cinnamon, ginger).
