Clear to the eye with a pale yellow hue, suggesting a ripe fruity wine, delicate on the nose with aromas of peach and white blossoms then a fresh and supple approach opens out into a rich fruitiness, flavoured with a hint of exotic fruits. A well-balanced wine confirmed by a generous and lively finish! 

Gourmet with ripe fruit (pink grapefruit, white peach, quince), supported by an elegant minerality on the mid-palate with notes of fresh almonds on the finish.

Aged in oak barrels, this is full of dill and cornichon on the nose. It's suave and round with broad shoulders and a hint of toast meeting ripe white stone fruits on the finish. An ambitious and stylistic Sancerre.
