Size

A ‘saignée’ rosé from 100% Syrah. Skin maceration at low temperatures during two hours in order to obtain a desired colour. Fermentation during 20 days at 14°-16°C. Aging on lees with stirring over five weeks.

The wine has pink glints with salmon reflections and on the nose it is delicate with hints of raspberry and red currants with wild strawberry undertones that follow through onto the palate. The length and balance are underlined by a lovely crisp finish.
