The 2018 Brut Cuvée ‘Gastronome’ is stunning Champagne from Pierre Gimonnet et Fils. The character of this vintage showcases how a ‘blanc de blancs’ should be! Elegant on the nose with clean, deep enchanting fruit aromas. The bubbles are fine and deliver on the tongue with tiny explosions that are ever persistent. The finish is long and has the desired finesse expected of a Premier Cru Champagne.

Notes of lemon peel, white flowers, mint and crushed rocks are all finely sculpted in this chiselled, energetic expression of Chardonnay.
