Alsace - Pinot Blanc - Jean Geiler ‘Réserve Particulière’

A wonderfully supple and aromatic wine with dry, fresh fruits, delicious to drink as an aperitif. The Alsace Pinot Blanc robe has a pale yellow colour with hints of green. This dry white wine has a fresh and delicate bouquet with notes of peach and hints of white flowers. Pleasant and soft, with medium acidity, it is an easy to drink wine. It is a wine which pairs well with poultry, white meat, or with egg-based dishes such as quiche or omelettes. It pairs also well with noodles, shrimp salads or soft cheese. Also goes wonderfully with asparagus!

Serve between 8-10 degrees.
