Mendoza – Bodega Monteviejo ‘Petite Fleur’ Torrontés

Bright crystalline yellow in colour, with slight greenish reflections. On the nose it has an excellent typicity, floral notes and citrus fruits such as orange peel. On the palate you can perceive its freshness and balanced body. It is a fruity and elegant wine. 

All the winemaking processes are focused on maintaining its freshness and elegance. Refrigeration equipment is used to maintain the more subtle and delicate characteristics of the varietal. The fermentation work is carried out gently and at a controlled temperature. 10% of the wine ferments in concrete eggs in order to provide greater volume in the mouth.
