Crémant de Bourgogne Brut Rosé - Paul Chollet

A fantastic sparkling rosé that is made from 100% Pinot Noir. Domaine Paul Chollet is a small-scale operation that harvests all the grapes by hand. This crémant is pale in colour and a fine example with low levels of sugar allowing the quality of the wine to really shine through.

The Brut rosé boasts fine bubbles and an unctuous and lingering foam. It has a beautiful robe of pink lovely and bright glints giving this Crémant an abundance of delicacy. Marked by hints of red fruit, raspberry and blackberry, its offers the whole vinosity typical of the Pinot Noir.
