Pays d'Oc - Domaine Raissac - Rolle / Chardonnay

A pale yellow colour with silvery hints, this wine is delicate and pure with notes of grapefruit and a refreshing finale. Rolle is another name for the Vermentino grape, which is widely used in the south of France and Western-Mediterranean. The wines are light-bodied with hints of floral notes. 

The wine spends one month “sur lies” with batonnage. Lively and with a minerality in the mouth supported by notes of grapefruit and citrus zest. The finish is long and refreshing.
