Bordeaux - Haut-Medoc - Château Le Meynieu

In the heart of the Medoc close to the town of Saint-Estephe, this charming 19th century vineyard nestled in verdant countryside. The estate is 22 hectares and focuses on producing generous wines with finesse and delicate bouquets. 

At Chateau Le Meyneiu harvesting is ofen late to ensure full maturity and perfectly ripe grapes. They are then carefully selected before arriving at the hopper. The wine is then aged in oak-casks (30-40% new each year), for around 15 months. Regularly racked and naturally fined without filtration, it is bottled and stored in the underground cellar in ideal temperature and hydrometric conditions.
