This single vineyard cuvee is produced by one of the best growers in the area, Jean-Marc Lafont. 

Nestled atop the hill of Bel-Air, with sweeping views of the historic town of Beaujeu—the heart and soul of the Beaujolais region—Domaine de Bel-Air has a history as rich and storied as the wines it produces. For nearly 180 years, this enchanting estate has been part of the fabric of Beaujolais winemaking. Yet, in 1986, a new chapter began when Jean-Marc Lafont, alongside his wife Annick, took the helm and forever changed its destiny. Under their passionate stewardship, Domaine de Bel-Air continues to flourish, honouring its deep-rooted past while crafting wines that speak to a new era of excellence.

In addition to the fruit typically brought to you by this appellation, is concentration obtained through yield control. The nose is a distillate of ripe red fruit, enriched with mineral and spicy notes. The palate boasts great balance.
